1. Service Availability

Our services are primarily available within the Greater London area and specific regions of the UK. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by traffic, weather, or operational constraints. We reserve the right to refuse service to any entity at our discretion.

2. Dietary Requirements & Allergens

While we take extreme care to prevent cross-contamination, we operate a commercial kitchen. Clients with severe, life-threatening allergies must notify us via telephone before placing an order. Our Halal certification is maintained via external auditors and certificates are available upon written request.

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices quoted are in Great British Pounds (GBP). Prices for corporate contracts are subject to annual review based on the Consumer Price Index (CPI) and raw material costs. Payment is required within 14 days of invoice unless otherwise agreed in writing.

4. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HALAL & VEG STAR CUISINE LTD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use of our food delivery services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the total price paid for the specific order giving rise to the claim.
